I was cautious about buying sunglasses online as my research showed that a number of the very visible online sites had some really poor feedback on the quality of their service.
I chose Tortoise and Black because of the consistent positive responses of their customers on Trust Pilot.
I wasn't disappointed. They delivered a great pair of sunglasses, on time and at a very competitive price.

Good prices and prompt delivery

Good pair of glasses. Better than my Specsavers pair. Only criticism is that I would like the rayban logo at the bottom of the lense. 10/10.

I bought some dbeyewear glasses, very pleased with them. Easy to order, communication was great, tortoise & black were great letting me know when they needed more details etc.
So pleased I have just ordered another pair, prices are also very good.

Takes too long. It was not made clear that I will be sent a dummy frame first. It was not clear that there is anorocedure half-way before the frame will be sent. I regret doing this. I should have gone to a local optom. I wouldn’t even give 1star. I was told I will receive it today. I ordered it mid-November. Fake frame caonfused me end of the week. Sent back picture Nov 28. I asked if that yoi have everything you require, still I do not have it. A regular optom with prescroption takes 2wks from test to release of specs. Disappointed. Marketing: too good to be true
